These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tacticalpaws.net and your purchase of products from TacticalPaws ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.

2. PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY
We try to display our products and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, colors, or other content are error-free. Products may differ slightly from images. All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel any order (including after it is placed), and limit quantities, at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a refund.

3. SERVICE DOG, ESA & IDENTIFICATION DISCLAIMER
Our harnesses, vests, patches, tags, and related products are apparel and accessories sold for the comfort, control, and identification preferences of pet owners. They are NOT an official certification, registration, license, or endorsement of any kind. Purchasing or using our products does NOT grant, confer, or prove legal "service dog," "emotional support animal," "therapy dog," or "in training" status, and does not grant any associated legal rights or access.

It is solely your responsibility to understand and comply with all laws and regulations in your location regarding the use of such labels and the access rights of assistance animals, including (where applicable) the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and equivalent laws in your country. Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal may be illegal in your jurisdiction. You agree that you, and not TacticalPaws, are responsible for how you label and use our products.

4. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY
Our products are aids, not substitutes for proper training, supervision, and judgment. You are responsible for selecting the correct size and fit, inspecting the product before and during use, and supervising your animal. Never leave a harness or gear on an unattended animal. Discontinue use if you notice wear, damage, or any sign of discomfort to your pet. You use our products at your own risk.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we process it for shipment. You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use it. We use third-party payment processors and do not store full payment card details.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and the TacticalPaws name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to submit false information, or to infringe the rights of others.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except for our stated 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and any warranties that cannot be excluded by law, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TacticalPaws and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or injury, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to an order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.

10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TacticalPaws and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party — including any claim relating to how you label, represent, or use our products with respect to service animal or assistance animal status.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent permitted by law, you and TacticalPaws agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration, and NOT in a court or by jury, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and TacticalPaws waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at TacticalPawsCo@outlook.com so we can try to resolve the issue.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
